Members of our parish and other surrounding communities take part in Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament by maintaining a continuous prayer vigil in our Adoration Chapel. The Chapel is currently open to all people of faith for quiet and prayerful reflection and adoration of the Eucharist from 6:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. It is our hope to safely expand the hours of adoration in the future.
Perpetual Adoration began at St. Paul Parish on Thursday, May 13, 1999, and some of our adorers have been with us from the beginning. They come from other area churches, such as St. Mary's, St. Anthony's, St. Joseph's, and St. Alphonsus, in addition to St. Paul's, and from towns as far away as Wellington. All are welcome!
People are needed to commit to specific one-hour periods throughout the week to ensure the Blessed Sacrament is always accompanied.
If you think you can't do this every week, you could team up with other family members or with a friend to share the hour. Each of you would only need to be there one or two times per month. Or, maybe you would like to be a substitute. We need many more substitutes to fill in for vacations and sickness, and you wouldn't need to be there every week.
Imagine the comfort and support you will experience from being in Jesus' presence for one hour each week. Here you have the One who can truly help you, available to you face-to-face! Jesus is truly present in the Chapel, and He longs to have you spend some time with Him.
If you have questions or would like to join the Perpetual Adoration ministry team, please call one of the coordinators:
